Our shredders

Single-Shaft Shredder

Discharge size adjustable down to 40 mm. Inlet, outlet, wheels and voltage
are built to your site. Belt conveyors available for feeding and discharge.

Double-Shaft Shredder

Dual independent drive with automatic feeding. Low speed and high torque, with
no shaft entanglement or jamming. PLC control with start, stop, reverse and
overload auto-reverse.

Ultra-Large Dual-Axis
Shredder

Heavy-duty shredding for tires, bulky waste and mixed metal — engineered
and built to order.

OD Series Mini & Office
Shredder

3 kW to 18.5 kW in a compact footprint. Low noise, office-friendly, with
custom colors and styling to match your environment.

Stainless Steel Shredder

Built from 201, 304, 316 and 400 series stainless steel for food, chemical,
marine and medical waste. Explosion-proof motors, explosion-proof cabinets and
planetary gear reducers available.

Hydraulic Balers

Hydraulic balers from 10 to 80 tons, vertical and horizontal. Compression
ratio up to 5:1, output of 4 to 8 bales per hour, with PLC control, infrared
sensing and automatic rope threading.

Also available: plastic crushers and
spiral pulverizers.

Complete processing lines

Primary coarse shredder, chain-plate conveyor, manual sorting platform,
light/heavy Z-type air separator, recyclables conveyor and iron remover. Highly
automated: beyond start-up, shut-down and daily maintenance, the line runs
without manual operation.

Hazardous Waste Shredding
& Washing Line

Feeding conveyor, double-shaft shredder, magnetic separation conveyor,
automatic slag-discharge drum washer, metal crusher and magnetic discharge
conveyor — a practical, economical pre-treatment system for waste drums,
paint buckets and oil drums.

Shredder blades and spare parts

Single-shaft blades are made from Cr12MoV cold-work die steel
in 60×60×30 and 40×40×25 mm, with four cutting tips per
blade and stock available for fast replacement. Double-shaft claw blades come in
3, 8 and 12-claw configurations. We also produce plastic crusher blades, plastic
pelletizer rotary cutters, coating doctor blades, special toothed blades, food
blades, carbide blades, packaging machinery blades and rubber machinery blades
— all customizable to drawing.
