Shredder Blades & Spare Parts
Blades are a critical component of any shredder and directly
affect the processing cycle of waste material. We manufacture them in-house, so
replacement cost and lead time are under our control.
Single shaft shredder blades
- Installed on the shaft of the single shaft shredder as the moving knife.
- Square blade body with an R-form cutting face; middle tapping hole; the
part from the knife edge to the middle hole is concave inward, so it is
used together with the fixed knife on the tool holder. - Common sizes: 60×60×30 mm and
40×40×25 mm. Inner hole available as convex
hole or flat hole. - Material: Cr12MoV cold-work die steel — good body
strength and high toughness. - Four cutting tips per blade; mainly machining wood blocks, waste fixtures,
rubber and plastic. - Low cost and convenient replacement — normally sold from stock and
easy to maintain.
Double shaft shredder blades
- Claw-type blades for dual-axis and quadruple-axis shredders, generally
available in 3-claw, 8-claw and 12-claw designs. - Used for crushing, tearing and compressing waste plastic, rubber, wood and
other bulky waste materials to reduce material size.
Stainless steel blade options
3Cr13, 201, 304, 316, 904L, 420J2 and 440C — supplied with a raw-material
quality certificate including detailed chemical composition. Different steel
grades are selected according to the operating environment.
Other mechanical blades
Plastic crusher blades, plastic pelletizer rotary cutters, coating doctor
blades, special toothed blades, food blades, carbide blades, packaging machinery
blades, rubber machinery blades and more — all customizable according to
customer requirements.
