Hydraulic Balers
Hydraulic balers from 10 to 80 tons — vertical and
horizontal configurations that reduce volume and increase density so loose
material can be transported and stored economically.
Vertical hydraulic pressing machine
- Hydraulic system of motor, oil pump, cylinder and control valve drives the
ram vertically. Standard models from 10 to 80 tons; larger
tonnages and custom bale sizes built to order. - Compression chamber in thickened steel plate; bale size customizable, for
example 1.2 × 0.8 × 0.9 m. Compression ratio up to
5:1. - Manual control (lift and push handle) or PLC automatic bale push.
- Small footprint and simple operation — well suited to small recycling
stations or sites with limited space.
Applications: waste paper, plastic bottles and easy-pull cans;
production scrap such as metal chips and plastic film; agricultural straw and
forage grass.
Selection guide: choose tonnage by material — around 10
tons for light waste paper, 80 tons or more for metal.
Horizontal packing machine
- Available from 10 to 80 tons, built to order.
- Mainly used for waste paper, waste plastic and straw — loose, bulky
materials. - Mechatronic, highly automated baler: mechanical system, control system,
loading system and power system. - The baling cycle covers press packing, return stroke, box lifting, box
transfer, upward and downward bale discharge, and bale receiving. - Customized models can feature internal and external double-lock lift doors,
PLC intelligent control, infrared sensing, automatic rope threading,
automatic compression on full load and fault self-diagnosis. - Some high-end models use a variable displacement pump with an accumulator,
achieving energy savings of over 30%. - Suitable for long-size materials such as metal chips and waste paperboard.
Bales are discharged horizontally. Baling rate: 4–8 bales per
hour.

Larger tonnages and custom bale sizes are built to order. Bale size,
voltage and colour are customizable — tell us your material and target bale
weight and we will recommend the model.
Horizontal models
Horizontal balers are built to order in the 10 to 80 ton
range. Tell us your material, target bale size and throughput and we will
configure the machine.
