The blade box is the core crushing unit of the shredder, consisting of a box body, main shaft, moving blades, fixed blades, spacers, and bearing housings. The high-strength steel plate welded box body is load-bearing and impact-resistant. The blades are arranged in a staggered pattern on the dual main shafts, with the moving blades rotating with the shafts to shear and shred materials alongside the fixed blades. Spacers control the blade gap to ensure the crushed particle size, heavy-duty bearings are suitable for high torque, and the entire unit is sealed to prevent dust and leakage. It can shred waste materials such as plastics, metals, and wood, and is wear-resistant and impact-resistant, making it a key component determining the output specifications and equipment capacity.

VERTICAL BALER MACHINE

A vertical hydraulic baler uses a hydraulic system to drive a ram to vertically compress materials. It is primarily used for compressing loose materials such as waste paper, plastic bottles, woven bags, and metal scraps, significantly reducing their bulk and lowering transportation and storage costs.Its core advantages include a small footprint and simple operation, making it particularly suitable for small recycling stations or sites with limited space.

HORIZONTAL BALER MACHINE

A horizontal hydraulic baler is a hydraulically driven, loose material compression device primarily used for baling lightweight and foamy materials such as waste paper, waste plastic, and straw. It reduces volume and increases density for easier transport and storage, making it widely used in the metallurgical, petroleum, chemical, and waste material recycling industries. It is a mechatronic, highly automated baler consisting primarily of a mechanical system, control system, loading system, and power system. The entire baling process includes bale pressing, return stroke, box lifting, box transfer, upward and downward bale discharge, and bale receiving, among other auxiliary functions. The pressure range is typically 60-800 tons. Customized models can feature internal and external double-lock lift doors, PLC intelligent control, and infrared sensor detection, enabling automatic rope threading, automatic compression upon full load, and fault self-diagnosis. Some high-end models utilize a variable displacement pump and accumulator combination, achieving energy savings of over 30%. Suitable for long materials such as metal chips and cardboard, bales are discharged horizontally after compression, with a baling rate of 4-8 bales per hour and high space efficiency. ‌
